We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@loloboo.com within 30 days of delivery.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


Shipping, Customs & Duties (Important)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and courier handling fees are not refundable, as these are determined and collected by local customs authorities and courier companies (e.g. DHL), not by LOLOBOO

  • Customs charges can vary by country, state, and even local customs office, and are outside of our control

In some regions, especially for international shipments, customs fees may exceed the product price. We strongly recommend reviewing local import regulations before placing an order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued only for the product value

  • Shipping fees and any courier/customs charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@loloboo.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@loloboo.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Hazardous materials or restricted goods (if applicable)
